Effective as of May 25, 2018, Reprints Desk, Inc., (“Reprints Desk”) and its and its parent company Research Solutions, Inc,
(collectively, “Reprints Desk” or “we” or “us” or “our”) have updated its Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

INTRODUCTION

This Policy details our commitment to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, who register to use our services, or who attend or register to attend sponsored events or other events at which we participate. We are located in the United States and we collect, store, and process your personal information in the United States. These activities are governed by applicable United States laws and regulations in this Privacy Policy.

In accordance to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S Privacy Shield principles, we have liability in cases of onward transfers to third parties and comply with the Notice and Choice principles for all data disclosed or transferred to a third party.

We submit to being subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Transportation, or any other U.S. authorized statutory body with regard to our self-certification and implementation of the principles. We acknowledge the possibility, under certain conditions, for individuals to invoke binding arbitration in filing a complaint disputing our adherence to these principles and practices.
