He currently serves on the International Advisory Board of the San Jose State University School of Information and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mainly supporting channel partners like Reprints Desk and customers in the Higher and Further education sector, Rob has a background in sales & marketing with previous experience working in I.T, Insurance and Retail industries. Outside of work, Rob is a keen photographer and with a degree in Fine Art he enjoys visiting galleries and exhibitions.
As Head of Development at the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA), James is responsible for managing the development of new and existing CLA licences and services, balancing the needs of customers and rightsholders to deliver innovative digital licensing solutions. Before joining CLA, James enjoyed a fifteen-year career in trade publishing, commissioning and writing non-fiction books and subscription products.

Ian has two decades of sales, marketing and communications experience, and most recently managed enterprise marketing at Safari Books Online. Ian is from the Pacific Northwest and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Washington.

Jim is a founding partner of Beacon Technology Partners, LLC. Prior to his experience at Beacon, he was a principal at McLeod-Warrick Research and served as the Director of Research at Reed Business Information.
